THE Bureau of Customs (BOC) will now enforce its gasoline-marking system to cut back oil smuggling, the BOC commissioner said on Tuesday.
“We are going to enforce it, perhaps subsequent year. But if we do that it’s going to simply be around six centavos in step with liter then we can forestall smuggling.
